This Privacy Policy explains how Qizmo Learning Pte. Ltd. ("Qizmo," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our website (qizmo.app) and our applications, including Operation P.S.L.E. (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are intended for children's learning, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of children and families.
1. Our approach to children's privacy
We design our Services to collect as little information as possible. We do not require a child to provide personal information to play. We do not show third-party behavioural advertising to children, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
2. Information we collect
- Parent / account information: when a parent creates an account or makes a purchase or subscription, we or the app store process information such as an email address and purchase records.
- Gameplay & learning progress: information such as levels completed and learning results, stored on the device and/or on our servers so the game can run and show progress.
- Technical & device data: limited data needed for the app to function and stay secure, such as device type, app version, and crash logs.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera data unless a specific feature clearly requires it and a parent permits it.
3. How we use information
- To provide the game and save learning progress;
- To process subscriptions and purchases (handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play);
- To keep the Services safe, fix bugs, and improve learning content;
- To respond to support or privacy requests.
4. Parental gate & consent
Actions intended for adults — such as making a purchase, contacting us, or following external links — are placed behind a parental gate. Where required by law, we rely on parental consent before collecting personal information from a child.
5. Advertising
Our children's experience does not include third-party advertising networks or behavioural/targeted advertising.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Services — for example, app-store billing (Apple, Google) and infrastructure, hosting, and crash-reporting providers. These providers may process limited data on our behalf under agreements that restrict their use of the data.
7. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard data appropriately.
9. Parents' rights and choices
Parents and guardians may request to access, correct, or delete their child's personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at ericwu@qizmo.app. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
10. Singapore PDPA and international users
Qizmo Learning Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore and handles personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If you use the Services from outside Singapore, your information may be processed in Singapore or other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
